By using squibjoy.com ("Squibjoy", "this site") you agree to these Terms of Use. Squibjoy is operated by Callum Mercer, an individual based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

The nature of this site

Squibjoy is an independent editorial project that reviews free mobile games. It is a personal publication, not a company, a games publisher, or a storefront. All reviews, scores, rankings and written opinions on this site reflect the editorial judgement of Callum Mercer and are not objective statements of fact about any game's quality.

No affiliation

Squibjoy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the game developers or publishers named or reviewed on this site, including G5 Entertainment, XLsoft, IVYGAMES, Syntaxity, Ray Mobile Games, 24 HIT Riga SIA, TAPCLAP, or Game Hollywood Hong Kong Limited. All game names, screenshots and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and discuss the games being reviewed.

Intellectual property

The written reviews, editorial text, site design and original artwork on Squibjoy are the property of Callum Mercer unless otherwise noted. Game screenshots and icons reproduced on this site are used under the fair dealing exception for criticism and review under section 41 of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Accuracy of reviews and ratings

Reviews reflect the state of a game at the time it was played and written. Free mobile games are updated frequently, and a game's content, balance or Google Play rating may have changed since a review was published. Editorial scores on this site are subjective opinions, not guarantees, and may differ from a game's average rating on Google Play or elsewhere.

This site links to each reviewed game's listing on Google Play. Squibjoy has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content, availability or behaviour of any linked third-party page or application, including anything encountered after leaving squibjoy.com. Leaving squibjoy.com is done entirely at your own discretion.

No transactions on this site

Squibjoy does not sell goods or services, does not process payments, and does not operate any storefront. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell anything, and the Australian Consumer Law's consumer guarantee provisions relating to the supply of goods or services do not apply to a transaction, because no transaction takes place on this site.
